Add note to ticket via trigger does not show variable content

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 2.9.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: Firefox

Expected behavior:

  • Add a variable like #{ticket.pending_time} or #{ticket.number} to the body of a note should fill the variable with its content

Actual behavior:

  • The variable name is displayed instead of its content

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a trigger, which adds a note to a ticket and put some Variables in the body.
