Add Field in Creating Ticket

When the customer create a ticket no field appear to assign the agent can this be added?

I don’t know if I get it right. You want your customers to be able to choose the agent that will get the ticket?

In Zammad, the agent of a ticket is his owner. Look for the owner field.

As far as I know you cannot change the visibility of the Owner field. So it won’t be displayed for customers, only for agents.

But you can create a custom object to give customers a selection in the “new ticket” form. You can then add triggers, which set the appropriate agent as owner, depending on the selected value.
