Activity Stream not showing Ticket related updates

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 3.2.x
• Used Zammad installation source: package ubuntu 18.04
• Operating system: macOS Mojave
• Browser + version: Chrome v79

After i migrated our install from an older server to a new one (like in this guide: https://docs.zammad.org/en/latest/appendix/backup-and-restore.html) everything works fine out of the box but our activity stream only shows new Sessions and user creations. Everything Ticket related does not show up.

Expected behavior:

• Ticket related Actions showing up

Actual behavior:

• our activity stream only shows new Sessions and user creations

Does the activity stream update on refreshing the web app?
Ensure your websockets are working and -even more important- your system is not under heavy load.

the feed is initially set with data and gets refreshed via the websocket, but in the result the tickets events are missing.

The System meets the requirements for zammad (we don’t have much activity going on with a few agents)

now a week after the server transfer the feed shows ticket activity. I didn’t restart or update anything and this morning it was just there again.
