Hi Zammad Community,
- What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
The current stable version 7.0 of Zammad doesn’t show an agent any indicator after a successful run of any AI agents, which didn’t change anything in a ticket.
- Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
This is confusing for the agents in a phase, in which they want to learn to trust the AI agents. And experience that they are there to transparently support their work.
- Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Because only a Zammad Admin (role) can access the AI feedback logs found in KI > Provider > Feedback Logs
- What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Agents are able, similiar to the ticket history (not necessarily there), to verify that AI agents ran, but didn’t do anything.
Your Zammad environment:
- Average concurrent agent count: me, myself, and I = 3
- Average tickets a day: it depends
- What roles/people are involved: every only agent
