500 when requesting ticket in new mobile view [Zammad 6.0]

  • Used Zammad installation type: source
  • Operating system: zentos
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Ticket loads

Actual behavior:

  • When opening a ticket in the new mobile version I get the following error:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Pressing on any ticket in any list (the list gets loaded)

You clearly haven’t run all database migrations or they failed.

Interesting… I have followed the update guide, as I have done many times before, and I did not see an error. After manually triggering /opt/zammad/contrib/packager.io/postinstall.sh everything worked well
