4 suggestions for zammad

Hello everyone,

some suggestions of zammad, where i think it would be helpful:

  • Text modules should be assigned to specific queues
  • Agents can send customer-invitations to everyone. Just let only the administrator add new customers
  • Change the default answer to a ticket on e-mail
  • you can create own e-mail templates with attachments, why is not such a feature there for answering tickets?

correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t that a trigger-action and couldn’t you just change that trigger in the admin panel?
