3CX integration produces database

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 3.1.x
• Used Zammad installation source: package
• Operating system: Windows
• Browser + version: Mozzila 69.3.0

Expected behavior:

• When a number registered in zammad calls the company, 3CX should open de relations page.

Actual behavior:

• The respective callers database SQL statements are shwon

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Upload a template containing the following querries to 3CX:
  http://myzammad/api/v1/users/search?query=[Number]
  The calling number is compared against the zammad database.

http://myzammad/#user/profile/[Id]
The ID corresponding to the number is used to open a profile page

These urls do work on their own and the contact shown is the contact that is calling. Would there be any reason for this to malfunction on the zammad side of things?
