365 not connecting with Zammad

Hello I can’t connect zammad with my 365 . When I connecting with zammad with 365 it send an page and after I enter username and password of microsft . IT shows an error “page is LOST”

Please provide your exact version. “Updated” is not good enough I am afraid.

Zammad version 6.3.1-1715932826.48881ba1.jammy

I also create new app in my azure account to integrate with it but still didn’t work

In channel tabs not showing my new or older channel

Slow down. Bumping threads will not speed up responses.

What exact error messages are shown. What are you doing, what do you expect that happens and what actually happens?

I want to connect zammad with my Microsoft Account in Channels Tab

I have issue when I enter my details of App ID,Client ID, and Tenant ID and also Id callback url which give zammad to me and I enter it in my Azure as a Redirect URL…
WHen I click on Add account tab It takes me to other page which need microsft username and password . I entered that credentials Then it shows and error on page

" Oops, looks like the page is lost.

This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional."

It shows this on my screen and I can’t add my channel

In my previous zammad which I used earlier it shows this error so that’s why I migrate it from one server to another

Maybe you’ll consider showing a screenshot of that message because I still don’t know where the message comes from.
