2 email notifications

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.1.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: official
  • Operating system: centOS
  • Browser + version: Firefox newest stable/ Chrome newest stable

Expected behavior:

  • If an Agent worked on a ticket i get a Mail, where i can see that the ticket is edited and closed or in progress and where i can see the changes.

Actual behavior:

  • I get 2 Emails.
    The first one shows the changes.
    The second one tells me that an agent worked on a ticket.

I just want 1 mail, because the appear in my teams channel and its like spam in there if there are 20 mails for 1 ticket.

Well the first e-mail most likely comes from your personal notification settings where you activated that you want to be notified of changes on every ticket, not only the ones assigned by you. The second e-mail sounds like it is sent by a trigger, but that is only a guess since nobody knows how you setup your site. This is not a default behaviour though so you should search your triggers for the reason.
