2 different email adresses for in/out in "Microsoft 365 Channel" / Console assistens needed

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrom

Expected behavior:

  • The outgoings emails are send via mail-relay

Actual behavior:

  • The outgoings emails are send via “Microsoft 365 Channel” Exchange Online

My question is - is it possible to set that all outgoing emails be sent not via included Microsoft Exchange Online address but via mail-relay agent (installed and working).

In the web interface I didn’t find any possibilities but probably via console? Can someone give me an advice?

You can set up for every group which outgoing email account it shall use.
